Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All e-bikes and e-dirt bikes come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Q: How do I submit a warranty claim?
Please email hello@ebikegang.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product.

Q: Do your e-bikes/e-dirt bikes come fully assembled?
E-bikes/e-dirt bike ship 85–90% assembled. Basic assembly is required. Instructions are included in the package.

Super impressed with the UGBK2. The frame, wiring, and components are way more refined than other brands I have tried. Acceleration is smooth but strong, and the battery life is great even when riding hard. Absolutely worth it!
This is my first e-dirt-bike and I could not be happier. Easy to ride, feels safe, and has more than enough power to grow into. Customer support was also very helpful when I had setup questions.
I bought the UGBK2 after doing weeks of research, and wow, this bike delivers. The power feels instant, the torque is strong, and it handles better than other bikes in this price range. Build quality is solid and feels premium. Easily one of the best mid-level e-dirt-bikes for the money.
Bought the UGBK2 after a friend recommended it. Turns out this thing is way more powerful than other dirt bikes with similar specs. The build quality and details are also way better than my friends E-Ride Pro. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a mid-level e-dirt-bike on a reasonable budget. Still working on my wheelies though!
