️ eBikeGang Refund & Exchange Policy

At eBikeGang, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

🚫 No Refunds After Shipment

Because our e-moto and e-bike products are large freight items with lithium batteries,
we cannot accept returns or refunds after the order has shipped.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not functioning upon arrival.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide proof of purchase and photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage.

Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the exchange is due to a defective or damaged product.
  • eBikeGang will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item if the exchange is approved.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as eBikeGang is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

📬 How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, email us at hello@ebikegang.com with your order number, detailed description, and photos/videos of the issue.
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
