🚚 SHIPPING
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free ground shipping or LTL on most orders within the continental U.S.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location but typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
🔁 RETURN & REFUND
Q: What’s your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless defective. Email us at hello@ebikegang.com to start a return.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the item is defective, return shipping is on us. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
🛠️ WARRANTY
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All e-bikes and e-dirt bikes come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Q: How do I submit a warranty claim?
Please email hello@ebikegang.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q: Is my payment secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted platform.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, creating an account allows us to track your orders, provide support, and make future checkouts easier.
📦 PRODUCTS
Q: Do your e-bikes/e-dirt bikes come fully assembled?
E-bikes/e-dirt bike ship 85–90% assembled. Basic assembly is required. Instructions are included in the package.
Q: Will you be adding new products?
Yes! We’re constantly expanding our selection. Stay tuned for more models and more accessories coming soon.
