🚚 SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location but typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
🔁 RETURN & REFUND
Q: What’s your return policy?
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. We do not accept refunds once an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for confirming product specifications, compatibility, and suitability before completing their purchase.
Q: Can I do exchanges?
Exchanges are available only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not functioning upon arrival.
To qualify for an exchange:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide proof of purchase and photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage.
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the exchange is due to a defective or damaged product.
- eBikeGang will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item if the exchange is approved.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as eBikeGang is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
🛠️ WARRANTY
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All e-bikes and e-dirt bikes come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Q: How do I submit a warranty claim?
Please email hello@ebikegang.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q: Is my payment secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted platform.
🔐 ACCOUNTS
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, creating an account allows us to track your orders, provide support, and make future checkouts easier.
📦 PRODUCTS
Q: Do your e-bikes/e-dirt bikes come fully assembled?
E-bikes/e-dirt bike ship 85–90% assembled. Basic assembly is required. Instructions are included in the package.
Q: Will you be adding new products?
Yes! We’re constantly expanding our selection. Stay tuned for more models and more accessories coming soon.
