At eBikeGang, we stand behind the quality and performance of every e-bike we sell. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please read the following warranty coverage carefully.
🛵 E-Bike Warranty
All electric bikes purchased from eBikeGang come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the following main components:

Frame

Controller

🧰 Accessories Warranty
All accessories sold through eBikeGang are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the delivery date.
This warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing.
⚙️ Warranty Coverage & Process
Our warranty mainly covers replacement of defective parts to get you back on the road quickly.
1. Parts Replacement
Once a warranty claim is approved, eBikeGang will ship out the necessary replacement part(s) and provide support materials such as tutorials, videos, images, or step-by-step repair instructions.
2. Repair Services
If you are unable to perform the repair yourself, eBikeGang may arrange repair services through our authorized partners.
However, the customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping, taxes, labor fees, or non-covered parts.
You may choose to deliver the product to the repair facility yourself to avoid shipping charges.
🧾 How to File a Warranty Claim (3 Easy Steps)
Step 1: Email hello@ebikegang.com with your order number.
Step 2: Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos or videos.
Step 3: Our support team will respond within 1-3 business days with next steps or additional questions.
Supporting photos/videos are mandatory to process your claim. Incomplete information may result in denial of your claim.

The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

👤 Owner’s Responsibilities
As the owner, you are responsible for performing regular maintenance to ensure your e-bike’s proper function.
Warranty claims may be denied if damage results from abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
