All electric bikes purchased from EBike Gang come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the main components, including:

• Motor
• Battery
• Frame
• Controller
• Display

🧰 Accessories Warranty
All accessories sold through EBike Gang are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the delivery date.
This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing.

🔧 What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
• Modifications or repairs not authorized by EBike Gang
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance
• Water damage (unless explicitly stated as waterproof)

📝 Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim:
Email hello@ebikegang.com with:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video evidence

Our support team will review your claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return if covered.
